Do you take reservations?
I don't think they take reservations. Everytime I have ever gone there I have not had to wait. It is also pretty casual dining. Maybe if you have a large group of 6 or more it might be good to call ahead and make sure they have room?
Are they open on holidays?
I think they are. Probably not Thanksgiving and Christmas though.
Do they offer healthier options like Cauliflower Crusts?
They don't have cauliflower crusts, but they are flexible and have many healthy options. I had dinner with a vegan, a person on low carb, and a low calorie dieter. They adapted to everyone.
Can you accomadate a party of 20 on a Sunday around 12 noon? Sh o Ulf we make a reservation?
I would definitely recommend making a reservation for a party that size, but I'm sure they could accommodate your group.

This place is definitely worth the drive from Phoenix. Amazing food takes time, and every minute counts. The Thai Me Up Thai Me Down pizza is some of the best I have ever had, and the bananas foster is to die for!

We enjoyed the cheese platter, an appetizer, plus a red sangria and the Banshee Basilito (rum, basil and lime). The red sangria was delicious, not too sweet, not too dry. The cheese platter was surprisingly filling, and had a fantastic variety of smoky, nutty, peppery and creamy cheeses. The service left a lot to be desired; we'd have spent a lot more if our server had come back to check on us. It wasn't just our server, though, because several other tables were just as flustered with the lack of service. This is a good date spot, just don't expect to see your server much.

Pizza was near perfect. Crisp clean crust that's light and unyielding. The toping had a good balance of moisture and taste very fresh. I will be back again!

Very comfortable afternoon, monsoon build up over the canyon.. cool air... killer pizza n beer... so nice to be in that part of Bisbee AZ

Lovely waitress, good beer. The pizza was ok, barely any cheese which makes a pizza to me. Cute atmosphere.

Service was amazing and the food was fantastic!! Thai me up Thai me down pizza was unique and delicious, really enjoyed the crust as well. The mango wings are a must have, perfect blend it citrus and spicy! They have some good local beers on tap too.

You go here for the experience. The food wasn't my favorite but it wasn't terrible. Good local brews, okay pizza and good appetizers with a really cool atmosphere, especially out back next to the bon fire.

Cool place in an old service station. We had wings and a calzone. Both were very good. Pizzas and salads that went by our table also looked great.

Absolutely gorgeous atmosphere! I highly recommend sitting outside in the back, where the desert terrain joins you for dinner! Stunning views, delicious pizza, great drinks, and even more memorable times! Loved it
